Ashtanga Yoga - Mysore Style (available only for YEA Members):
The foundational method of Ashtanga yoga. Students practice the sequence at their own pace in a shared space, receiving individualized guidance and hands-on assists. This method allows the practice to evolve progressively, making it accessible to beginners while offering depth for experienced practitioners. Ashtanga Yoga - Sunday Led Primary Series (already Included with YEA Membership):
A weekly Ashtanga yoga tradition where students come together for a guided class connecting movement and breath. This is a challenging practice designed to test strength, flexibility, and balance. An established Mysore practice is highly recommended before attending.
