May is Rocket immersion month! Join Shawna for a progressive journey through the full Rocket system, blending strength, flexibility, and play.
Week one, May 8: Rocket 1 and how to handstand from zero to press. Understand how and when inversions can be built into your Rocket practice. Rocket 1 is based on forward folds.
Week two, May 15: Rocket 2 and Rocket legs, plus kriyas, standing variations that are creative and just a bit crazy for that extra lower body burn. Rocket 2 incorporates backbends.
Week three, May 22: Rocket 1 and Rocket arms. Work towards funky hand balances and handstands and build upper body strength.
Week four, May 29: Rocket 3 express. Put together Rocket 1 and 2 for a class that focused on both forward folds and back bends, plus breathwork and kriyas.
